Real McCoy 5yr is a blend of a column and pot distilled rums that are aged in re-charred bourbon barrels for at least five years. The name is inspired by the Prohibition rum runner, Bill McCoy, who's smuggled spirits were so tasty they were referred to as "The Real McCoy".
