Tequila

Blanco
Also referred to as silver, platinum or white—it is typically bottled without any aging. Although it is rare, it can be rested in stainless steel or wood for up to two months.

Reposado
Aged in oak barrels between 2 and 12 months. Reposado translates to “rested”.

Añejo
Aged in oak barrels for a minimum of 1 year, up to 3 years.

Extra Añejo
Aged in oak barrels for 3 years or more.

Joven & Other
Joven translates to “young” and in this case it refers to a blanco tequila that was blended with an aged tequila. This results in a full-bodied agave flavor with a hint of aged tequila flavor characteristics.
