Four Roses is the only Bourbon Distillery that combines 5 proprietary yeast strains with two separate mashbills to handcraft 10 distinct Bourbon recipes, each with its own unique character, spiciness, and rich fruity flavors. Only 6 of the 10 recipes are blended from about 30 to 35 barrels to create Four Roses Small Batch Bourbon. Their mashbills also contain significantly more rye than other bourbons, resulting in a spicy, full-bodied taste.
