It takes 16 pounds of apples to produce this straight apple brandy, which was introduced in 1964 by the Laird family to commemorate New Jersey’s 300th anniversary. Made from 100% apples, aged in charred oak barrels, and rested for 7 ½ years before a select tasting is done to determine which barrels will be used for this exclusive apple brandy.
