Description

Tapatio is made by Carlos Camarena, one of the most highly regarded tequila makers in the world, at La Alteña Distillery. To make Tapatio 110, the agaves are cooked for 4 days in brick ovens, crushed, fermented with an 80 year old yeast strain, rested for 6 months in stainless steel, and bottled at 110 proof (55% abv). It's an incredibly flavorful (and strong), yet still has finesse.
