Description

While Fortaleza was launched relatively recently in 2005, the family behind it has been making tequila for over 140 years. Guillermo Sauza renovated his family's old distillery that had not been used since 1968, and began making tequila again using traditional and artisanal production methods. Their reposado is aged for 7 months in bourbon barrels.
