Description

Tequila Ocho was started as a partnership between Carlos Camarena (master distiller for El Tesoro and Tapatio) and the late Tomás Estes, a legendary tequila advocate and educator. Tequila Ocho was founded with the single goal of proving the concept of terroir exists in tequila, inspired by by the heritage and process surrounding fine wine. To this end, all of their agave comes from a single location and each release is from a specific vintage. Their reposado is aged for 8 weeks and 8 days in American whiskey barrels.
